Listing Terms & condtions

DEFINITIONS

1. “Datesh Properties” refers to the property listing platform owned and operated by Datesh Properties.

2. “Agent/Agency/Landlord” refers to any individual or organization that has submitted a listing to be featured on Datesh Properties.

3. “Property” refers to any real estate property that is being listed for sale or for rent on Datesh Properties.

4. “Listing” refers to a posted advertisement for a property that has been submitted by an Agent/Agency/Landlord to be featured on Datesh Properties.

SUBMITTING A LISTING

1. In order to submit a listing, an Agent/Agency/Landlord must provide all necessary information that is requested by Datesh Properties.

2. All information provided by the Agent/Agency/Landlord must be true and accurate.

3. The Agent/Agency/Landlord is responsible for ensuring that all photos and descriptions of the property are accurate and up-to-date.

4. The Agent/Agency/Landlord is responsible for ensuring that the listed price of the property is accurate and up-to-date.

5. The Agent/Agency is solely responsible for any liabilities or obligations required by any applicable laws or regulations related to the property.

6. Datesh Properties reserves the right to reject any listing for any reason.

PAYMENT

1. All listing fees must be paid in full prior to the listing being approved and posted on Datesh Properties.

2. The Agent/Agency/Landlord agrees to pay the fees specified in the chosen listing package.

3. The Agent/Agency/Landlord is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges that may be associated with the payment.

CONTENT

1. The Agent/Agency/Landlord is solely responsible for any content that is posted on their listing.

2. Datesh Properties reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any content that violates the Terms and Conditions or is deemed inappropriate by Datesh Properties.

3. The Agent/Agency/Landlord is solely responsible for any legal or financial liabilities that may arise from content that is posted on the listing.

LISTING TIME FRAME

1. The listing will remain active on Datesh Properties for the duration of time specified on the listing package chosen by the Agent/Agency/Landlord.

2. The Agent/Agency/Landlord is solely responsible for extending or renewing their listing should they wish to keep it posted past the specified time frame.

CANCELLATIONS

1. If an Agent/Agency/Landlord wishes to cancel their listing prior to the expiration of the specified time frame, they may do so by notifying Datesh Properties.

2. All payments made to Datesh Properties are non-refundable.

DISCLAIMER

1. Datesh Properties does not guarantee that a listing will result in a sale or rental of a property.

2. Datesh Properties does not guarantee that any contact information provided by an Agent/Agency/Landlord is accurate or valid.

3. Datesh Properties does not guarantee the accuracy of any information or content provided by an Agent/Agency/Landlord.

4. Datesh Properties does not guarantee the accuracy of any pricing information provided by an Agent/Agency/Landlord.

5. The Agent/Agency/Landlord agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Datesh Properties, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with their use of Datesh Properties.

By submitting a listing to Datesh Properties, the Agent/Agency/Landlord agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions listed above.
